Process Concepts has been hired to help evaluate the possiblilty of a multi-feedstock crush plant to be located in Stoddard County, MO. The Stoddard County group has been awarded a USDA grant to perform a feasibility study to evaluate all phases of a potential oil extraction plant. Process Concepts will play a key role in helping them to analyze the costs and construction concerns that will go into the proposed plant.

Process Concepts broke ground on the construction phase of the Producer’s Choice Soy Energy 5 mgpy biodiesel plant and the 250 TPD soybean crush plant located in Moberly, MO. The Board of Directors of the Producer’s Choice Soy Energy LLC project along with other investors joined Mark Johnston (President of Process Concepts, Inc.) to a ceremonial ground breaking that was held on the future plant’s location.

Process Concepts signs contract to build 250 TPD soybean crush plant
March 2008

Process Concepts will be the Design/Build General Contractor for the second phase of the Producer’s Choice Soy Energy project located in Moberly, MO. The crush plant will process 250TPD of raw soybeans and produce 3 million gallons of refined soy oil and nearly 70,000 tons of high quality soy meal. The crush plant will create a market for 3 million bushels of local soybeans.

Process Concepts, Inc. is pleased to announce that they will be the Design/Build General Contractor for the first phase of the Producer’s Choice Soy Energy project located in Moberly, MO. The biodiesel plant will be a 5 mgpy biodiesel plant, capable of being expanded to at least 10 mgpy of production when completed. There are nearly 300 investors in the Producer’s Choice Soy Energy project. The project is scheduled to include a 250 TPD soybean crush plant when complete.

Process Concepts will attend equity drive meeting to help explain the overall business plan to potential investors who believe in creating a new market for their agricultural products in Northern Missouri.

Great River Soy LLC makes first biodiesel

Great River Soy LLC went into production with their new 5 mgy biodiesel plant. Process Concepts assisted GRS employees with start up and the plant immediately produced ASTM quality B100.

Natural Biodiesel Plant LLC goes into full production. The 5 mgpy biodiesel plant was completed in early April and went directly into full production. Process Concepts transformed a cotton field into an operational biodiesel plant in only 7 months.

Process Concepts is named General Contractor on Natural Biodiesel Plant

Process Concepts is pleased to announce that they have signed a contract to design/build a 5 mgpy biodiesel plant in Braggadocio, MO for Natural Biodiesel Plant LLC. The plant is designed to produce 5 mgpy of biodiesel from various feedstocks. The plant will transform an existing cotton field into a fully automated biodiesel plant. Completion of the plant is expected to be Spring of 2007.

Process Concepts will be turn key contractor for Great River Soy biodiesel plant

Process Concepts has signed a contract to be the turn key design/build contractor for the Great River Soy 5 mgpy biodiesel plant. The plant will be built in Lilborn, MO for Great River Soy LLC, which has over 200 local investors. The plant will produce high quality B100 from various feedstocks. Process Concepts and the Board of Directors for Great River Soy LLC have worked together for nearly a year to develop a plan for the proposed biodiesel plant. The plant is slated for completion in the summer of 2007.

Process Concepts named Industrial Contractor for Global Fuels

Process Concepts has agreed to be the main Industrial Contractor for Global Fuels 3 mgpy biodiesel plant located in Dexter, MO. Process Concepts will perform duties such as pipe fabrication, equipment setting, pipe fitting, steel fabrication, instrumentation installation and set up and project management. These duties will be performed both on site and in shop.
